Breakfast Team Lead

The Breakfast Team Lead is a crucial role in the success of our hotel's breakfast service. They oversee the entire breakfast operation, ensuring that guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of Restaurant Breakfast operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu content and changes.
  • Evaluate team performance to maintain high standards of service.
  • Maintain the Restaurant area according to pre-determined standards.
  • Ensure the Restaurant/Still Room areas are clean and tidy.
  • Assist management with training and development of team members.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a similar environment.
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong self-presentation, driven by high standards and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle demanding situations and work under pressure.
