We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Sous Chef.

Role Overview

This is a leadership position that requires high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations, collaborating with the Head Chef to create innovative menus, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu strategies, and maintain a high level of food quality and presentation.
  • Train and develop existing and new staff members, promoting excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
