The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing fully qualified and documented processes, including transitioning new tooling programs, performing new mold trials, and troubleshooting production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Transitions new tooling programs into production.
  • Performs new mold trials to optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoots production processes to minimize downtime.
  • Audits production processes for adherence to established setup.
  • Develops and implements process improvements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducts cycle improvement and regrind usage tests.
  • Identifies key process parameters for process monitoring and control.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in injection molding processing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience and relevant 3rd-level qualifications. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
