About the Role

This multifaceted role will see you providing expert legal advice, preparing legal briefs, managing client relationships, contributing to business development opportunities, negotiating effectively for clients, and maintaining high standards of practice management.

  • Provide clear, concise, and expert legal advice to guide clients by identifying key legal issues, available options, and associated legal risks
  • Prepare legal briefs and provide strategic oversight of commercial disputes
  • Manage client relationships actively and contribute proactively to business development opportunities
  • Use analytical and research skills to formulate legal arguments and identify evidence in support of clients' positions
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve client objectives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. Your excellent drafting skills, coupled with your extensive knowledge of case law, make you an asset to any team. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively, take direction, demonstrate leadership, and maintain a strategic focus.
