This recruitment coordinator position requires a high level of organization, technical savvy, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews
  2. Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
  3. Ensure background checks are completed and maintain accurate records
  4. Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient recruitment process
  5. Pitch, lead, and drive team projects, often working interdepartmentally

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment and compliance is desirable
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and organizational products such as Workday, Quip, and Google Suite
