Job Title

We are looking for an IT Services Resilience Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance IT disaster recovery infrastructure, backups, and resiliency processes.
  2. Lead the coordination, planning, and execution of departmental DR tests.
  3. Drive continuous improvement of IT services resilience, architecture, processes, and operating models.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and maintain IT DR plans.
  5. Manage critical incidents to mitigate their impact on business operations.
DORA Requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT in relation to DORA compliance.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all IT resiliency practices meet DORA standards.
Asset Management Oversight
  • Perform annual audits of the IT asset infrastructure to ensure accurate accounting.
  • Facilitate regular departmental Asset Management meetings.
  • Ensure timely updates to the Asset Management Framework and process documentation.

This role requires a minimum of 8+ years' experience in IT resilience, disaster recovery, and incident management.
