We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and experience in documenting business processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for regulatory reporting
  • Document processes, procedures, and ensure project deliverables meet regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to regulatory reporting, financial services, or compliance-related projects
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, creating process flows, data models, user guides, and gap analysis
  • Proficiency in using Business Analysis tools (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
