Job Title: Visual Merchandising Expert">

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Visual Merchandising Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our retail environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and establishing repeat business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Selling and assisting potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining an excellent department display to showcase products effectively.
  • Providing top-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers with product-related queries and providing technical support as required.
  • Building up product knowledge of film types, cameras, accessories, and their usage to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Handling after-sales issues professionally and maintaining a safe and suitable work area.
  • Adhering to uniform requirements and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Dealing with all administration relevant to sales efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working face-to-face with the public in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of digital imaging and photography to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good listening skills, and charisma when interacting with customers.
  • Confidence, outgoing personality, and people-oriented approach with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle money, count, and deal with numbers competently.
  • Hardworking, conscientious, and self-motivated individual with high energy levels.
