Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial aspects of a high-value residential project in Albufeira, Portugal.

This prestigious development consists of 20 luxury new build villas, each valued at €34 million. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, cost control, procurement, and ensuring the financial success of the project.

You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of the development, from pre-construction through to completion, and play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and financial accuracy.

  • Manage all commercial aspects of the residential development, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that the project stays on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Support procurement processes and manage contractor negotiations.
  • Monitor project costs and timelines, identifying any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions.
