We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Strategy Executive to join our Cluster Commercial Strategy team in Dublin. As a key member of our Irish Commercial Team, you will play a vital role in driving the commercial strategy and successful execution of leading Self-Care Brands across both Pharmacy and Grocery channels.

At Perrigo, our Commercial Strategy & Implementation function is an integral part of our business, and without the important work undertaken by the team, our leading self-care products would not be so readily available to consumers.

  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, sales fundamentals, consumer trends, and financial performance to proactively uncover insights and patterns.
  • Commercial and Category Success: Play a key role in driving our sales fundamentals, identifying opportunities, and setting priorities and objectives with Sales to enable growth for Perrigo and our customers.
  • Annual Plan Deployment: Partner with Marketing to develop and deploy our commercial plans with both our Sales team and customers.
  • Monthly Business Cycle: Support the monthly cycle, from assisting Sales and Supply on sales forecasting to preparing and presenting at monthly Strategy Review meetings with our Regional VP.
  • Innovation: Play a key role in the development & execution of our innovation pipeline, engaging with cross-functional project teams and commercializing initiatives alongside Marketing and Sales.
  • Strategy & Execution: Support the Market Lead and other Commercial Leads in building out our strategic plans and seeing these through to successful implementation with various stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on ad-hoc tasks and duties, such as gathering data for new business cases, helping prepare reports for the Executive Team, or attending customer meetings with Sales.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Deliver on your key responsibilities by partnering with our Market Lead, Sales, Marketing, RGM, Finance, and Supply colleagues across UK and Ireland.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or strategy role, preferably within the consumer healthcare, FMCG, or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in growing sales, P&L management, category management, generating insights & actions with data, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to use other data analysis tools (Nielsen, IQVIA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Travel is occasionally required (approximately 10%).
