Job Title: Property Caretaker

This is a developmental opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain experience in property maintenance.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable caretaker to join our team. As a caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building, including painting, arranging rooms for meetings/training courses, sweeping, and general caretaking duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the building
  • Perform painting tasks as required
  • Arrange rooms for meetings and training courses
  • Sweep and clean floors
Eligibility and Registration:

To be eligible for this position, you must be 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups.

Your eligibility will need to be verified by the relevant authorities.
