Commercial Insurance Advisor Role

We are seeking talented professionals to fill this challenging and dynamic role. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked in client-facing roles or within the underwriting or claims sector.

This opportunity can be based in our Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day broking insurance services to assigned SME clients, ensuring their needs are met in relation to all classes of cover.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to manage client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs in line with agreed service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and client teams to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Prepare comprehensive submissions and conduct thorough risk assessments to effectively present clients' needs and secure optimal insurance solutions.
  • Drive the growth of SME business by selling additional products and services to existing clients, enhancing their coverage and strengthening client relationships.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and adhere to professional standards to better serve clients.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Minimum Qualification: Commercial CIP.
  • Commercial insurance experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Articulate communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in work delivery.
