Vital Organ Therapy Operations Specialist

As a highly skilled administrator, you will play a vital role in our team dedicated to extending lives and expanding possibilities for patients and care teams worldwide.
For over 70 years, we have driven meaningful innovations in kidney care, elevating the dialysis experience through digital solutions and advanced services.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join our Castlebar site, working closely with multiple teams including Production, Engineering, and other support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage extensive KPI's monthly to ensure efficient MRO operations
- Perform regular basket reviews of purchases for validity of prices
- Conduct thorough analyses of 5000 frequent moving items in MRO, worth €14M, to establish accurate baseline costs
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to add new parts and ensure baseline costs are established before item addition
- Implement and maintain 12-month cycle counts of store inventory (27,000 items) for accuracy
- Ensure MRO management aligns with contract agreements
- Liaise with technical teams to optimize purchasing options and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Document all savings to maximize financial returns
