Key Responsibilities

The Community Employment Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing the administrative functions of the project, including financial and accounting systems;
  • Coordinating the recruitment, supervision, and scheduling of participants;
  • Developing and implementing training and development plans for participants;
  • Fostering key relationships with stakeholders, including the Department of Social Protection, IWA staff, and volunteers;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A major award at 3rd level in Business/Financial Administration, Training, Human Resources, or Project Management;
  • Previous supervisory and people management experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, with high ICT skills;
  • A full driving license and own car;
