Senior General Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Facilities Services Director to lead our General Services function, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior-level management, with expertise in General Services and Facilities Management. Strong industrial relations experience is also essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of contracted services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Lead a large team, driving improvements in a busy healthcare environment.
- Implement major organizational change initiatives, driving service improvement through best practices and innovation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrable records of continuing professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in senior-level management, demonstrating expertise in General Services and Facilities Management.
- Excellent industrial relations experience and leadership skills are essential for this role.
