Job Overview

A high-caliber Social Care Manager is required to spearhead our team and contribute to the development of effective policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of social care principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

The role involves leading and managing a team of social care professionals, developing and implementing policies, and collaborating with external partners.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Social Care, Social Work, or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.

HSE pay scales apply. We offer a fixed-term contract for the duration of Carers Leave.
