Leading Tax Professional Wanted

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to join its expanding Dublin-based tax team, providing taxation advisory and transactional services to international and domestic clients.
Key Responsibilities- International tax and cross-border structuring for corporate reorganisations and inward investment
- Mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and IPOs
- Tax controversy and dispute resolution
- Capital markets and structured finance
- Private equity transactions and transfer pricing
- Asset and project finance, including aircraft and equipment
- Real estate tax and transactional support
- 5 years' post-qualification experience in tax within a law firm
- Qualified solicitor or barrister
- Professional tax and/or accounting qualification required (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
