DACH Commercial Sales Opportunities
The Commercial Sales segment represents a significant portion of our current customer base as well as a tremendous growth opportunity for Docusign EMEA. As a divisional leader, you will be responsible for developing the shape of our Commercial EMEA business, driving incremental growth and new logos across the region. This involves leading and developing high-performing sales teams, making changes to the sales playbook, and leveraging internal resources to win new business and drive adoption.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading, growing, and managing high-performing software sales teams across multiple territories and segments.
  • Clear ability to drive incremental growth from new and existing accounts.
  • Experience in hiring, building, and coaching commercial sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and operational excellence.
  • Ability to collaborate with key sales and functional leaders regionally and globally.
