We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Lead to oversee the delivery of residential projects in Offaly and surrounding areas.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills, as well as comfort in a fast-paced work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assume overall responsibility for project delivery and ensure successful completion within specified timelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing teams, resources, and budgets to achieve maximum commercial performance.
- Develop and implement effective project programmes, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, providing clear instructions and support as required.
- Foster a culture of safety, encouraging proactive risk management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering challenging civils projects, preferably with a focus on residential developments.
- Proven ability to organise and manage teams, including labour forces and material procurement.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to apply it effectively in a project environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
