PAM Adoption Engineer

This position involves collaborating with various teams to drive PAM adoption and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple onboarding initiatives with complex cross-domain integration requirements.
  • Leverage agile methodologies in JIRA, prioritizing remediation work of critical findings while supporting modernization initiatives for applications/platforms migrating to strategic landing zones.
  • Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to understand their operational models and provide guidance for onboarding their privileged access to strategic PAM tools.
  • Design and implement sustainable onboarding workflows for ongoing privileged access management.
  • Enforce PAM controls and standards as part of onboarding architecture.
  • Maintain documentation for privileged access policies and procedures.
  • Attend vendor training and customer support events for Privileged Access and other vendor products.
  • Assist IT community members with questions about policy and standards.
  • Design and implement new processes and procedures as needed to enhance security posture and controls.
Required Skills:
  • Candidates with expertise in Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), Databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Databricks), Code and Scripting Languages (SQL, PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, Python) are preferred.
  • Cybersecurity Training: Experience with or knowledge of Identity and Access Management/Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices is required.
  • Experience with APIs and SCIM integration is also desirable.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidates should have a BS/BA degree in a technical discipline.
  • Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills in English and exposure to technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, AWS, and other Clouds.
  • Candidates should have strong skills with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidates should be initiative-takers, showing initiative without waiting to be asked.
  • Candidates should be meticulous.
  • Candidates should have critical thinking skills and be able to solve problems independently.
  • Candidates should be able to work well within a team.
