About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services or consultancy. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for creating marketing plans in conjunction with lead MDs that support key business objectives for the year. You will bridge the gap between group content and local content, suggesting where marketing initiatives/collateral could be leveraged for the benefit of the team in Ireland.

Your responsibilities will also include budget management, local marketing suppliers, delivery of events, and tracking ROI. You will maintain Interpath Ireland's LinkedIn account, actively pursue content for this, and responsible for email marketing campaigns and associated data – e.g., ensuring we are targeting the correct people with the correct message.

Additionally, you will be responsible for updating the global website with content from Ireland and make recommendations on and deliver brand building campaigns to raise Interpath's profile in Ireland.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, working with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation of marketing plans in conjunction with lead MDs that support key business objectives for the year.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results in B2B marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are essential.

Familiarity with market research techniques and tools, proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems are highly desirable.
