As an experienced Design Manager, you will lead the design management procedure on our residential project in Dublin 7.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the design management process is followed and implemented as appropriate on the projects.
- Taking ownership of design-related items within the tender process or during the construction phase.
- Hiring and managing the design team, including consultants and subcontractors.
- Providing solutions against 'strategic design' items within the tender/construction documents.
- Collaborating with the site team to consider alternative design solutions, including Modular Construction (MMC).
You will work closely with the QS team to ensure all aspects of health and safety, sustainability, and quality are met.
