Natural Power seeks an experienced High Voltage Electrical Engineer to join its Construction Team in Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will provide electrical engineering services on a consultancy basis, supporting client requirements to achieve the objectives of individual renewables projects. You will lead electrical technical interfaces and contribute to growing and developing Natural Power's pre-construction and construction phase service provision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical technical interfaces and ensure that all electrical works are designed, installed, and commissioned in accordance with employer's requirements and contractor's specifications.
- Provide electrical engineering advice and grid consultancy services to clients regarding costs, timelines, and technical aspects of grid connections and renewable generation technology.
- Prepare and submit grid connection applications and modifications as part of new renewable project developments.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) in managing design review process with DSOs, TSOs, and other grid authorities.
- Provide technical support to Natural Power Project Manager / Owner's Engineer to assist with project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly in grid connections and renewable energy technology.
- Strong knowledge of grid codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
