Dedicated Customer Care Support Pharmacist Wanted

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Pharmacist to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, adhering to dispensing standards, and maintaining accurate records and hygiene within the pharmacy.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations relating to the supply of medicinal products as per the Pharmacy Act 2007.
- Adhere to dispensing standard operating procedures and maintain appropriate records and hygiene within the pharmacy as per the Pharmacy Act 2008.
- Identify and report any Health and Safety issues to the managing pharmacist.
- Provide expert advice on over-the-counter medicines and ensure staff on the medicine counter are aware of the procedure for counter prescribing and their limitations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer care and possess excellent communication skills.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personable and effective communication.
- Cultivate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a community-based pharmacy setting.
