Project Manager Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned project manager to lead cross-functional projects across Engineering, Operations, and Quality. Ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling tools like Primavera and MS Project, as well as strong knowledge of cGMP and project execution logic.

  • A degree or diploma in Project Management or Engineering is required, along with 10+ years in pharma or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure FDA audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
