At PE Global (UK), we are seeking a skilled Bulk Ingredient Processing Operator to join our team in Mallow town. As part of our production department, you will be responsible for working on rotating shift rosters, including day and night shifts.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with exposure to GMP/SOP protocols. Working in a highly regulated food or ingredient production environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
This position requires strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and monitor processes proactively. New hires will also need to be tech-savvy and mechanically minded to operate large-scale bulk ingredient machines.
Key responsibilities include carrying out manual handling activities, such as lifting, rotating, and lowering objects, while maintaining quality standards around hygiene, 5S, HACCP, and other related guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and shift managers alike, working in a highly regulated environment.
