Our company is seeking a seasoned technology professional to join our team as a Solution Architect. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales and technical teams, helping customers navigate our platform and providing expert guidance on infrastructure and architecture.

About the Job
  • This position requires close collaboration with our commercial account executives to support clients in the DACH region
  • You will work with prospects to understand their project requirements and validate them against our platform, identifying potential risks and offering solutions
  • The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our sales team by creating product demonstrations and assisting with technical evaluations
  • Communicating client needs and product feedback to our product management and marketing teams
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of English and German languages
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple opportunities and teams
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales engineering or a related field, preferably in a cloud-based PaaS or SaaS company
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
