About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Director of Human Resources. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and schedules for the Director of Human Resources
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
