About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Director of Human Resources. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and schedules for the Director of Human Resources
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures
