Job Title: Manufacturing Director
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead our team of manufacturing professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality product manufacture in compliance with local and international regulations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of manufacturing professionals to negotiate manufacturing service agreements and ensure compliance with terms.
- Develop and implement effective planning and material procurement strategies to efficiently supply materials.
- Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on product forecasts, manufacturing schedules, and delivery expectations.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and apply performance metrics as appropriate to deliver products in accordance with quality expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years' experience in manufacturing leadership, including individual contributor roles and project management.
- Progressively increased responsibility and performance as supervisor, department manager, and leader of diverse teams.
- Business acumen and functional leadership experience required.
