Senior Hospitality Leader

Job Description:
  As a seasoned hospitality professional, we are seeking an exceptional leader to assume the role of Deputy General Manager. In this challenging position, you will collaborate with the General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences and oversee day-to-day operations.
  Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
    • Oversee key departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services, ensuring consistency in delivering exceptional results.
    • Support with staff management, training, and development, inspiring teams to consistently deliver excellence in service and quality.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting, driving commercial performance and financial success.
    • Act as a visible leader across the property, ensuring guests receive an unforgettable experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements:
  The ideal candidate will possess:
    • Proven senior management experience in a high-volume 4- or 5-star hotel environment, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
    • A strong background in hotel operations, with expertise in managing multiple departments and teams.
    • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talented teams.
    • A commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, meeting high standards, and exceeding guest expectations.
    • Drive, ambition, and the potential to step into a senior leadership role in the future, such as General Manager.
