About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity that requires the successful candidate to report to the Head of Underwriting Operations.

  • Implement the Product Oversight & Governance policy to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Establish a Quality Assurance framework in collaboration with Underwriting, Product & Pricing.
  • Manage the ROCO process and associated controls to uphold underwriting integrity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory and statutory reporting.
  • Lead data governance initiatives for underwriting, focusing on data retention and compliance.
  • Coordinate audits, track recommendations, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant professional qualification (ACII preferable) or 3rd level qualification.
  • Proven experience within a non-life insurance company or intermediary.
  • Strong knowledge of technical, regulatory, and operational requirements related to non-life insurance companies.
