Hotel Operations Leader
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Leader to oversee the launch of a new hotel or refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the launch of a new hotel or refurbishment project, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss statements to drive business success.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of service excellence by training, coaching, and leading by example.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including team members, guests, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience at senior level in a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for new openings or refurbishment projects.
- Sound understanding of financial management and strong knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
- Proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams with a strong knowledge of employment legislation.
