Job Title: Commercial Financial Analyst

As a commercial financial analyst, you will oversee the analytical running of contracts across Ireland, working closely with the wider commercial, finance, and operations teams to deliver overall profitability for the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of weekly and monthly profitability figures associated with client accounts
  • Monitoring and improvement of Customer KPIs/Profitability
  • Providing management information that is accurate, timely, accessible, insightful, and robust to improve commercial decision-making
  • Protection of margins and tracking account growth through overseeing and conducting monthly commercial performance meetings
  • Responsible for Annual Account Budgets & re-forecasts
  • Coordination of activities with Accounts, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Sales, and Procurement teams
  • Development and maintenance of detailed cost analysis reports
  • Implementation of best practice commercial finance practices across accounts, category management, and financial reporting
  • Preparation and review of weekly and monthly financial reports

Requirements:

  • Third Level Degree in Business, Accounting, or Commerce preferred
  • Excel modelling experience
  • Previous experience in commercial analytics
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Navision is an advantage
  • Proven track record of results
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • High flexibility and commitment to success
  • Passionate about delivery and customer service
