Job Description

The successful candidate will manage the CSA estimation teams, ensuring accountability on estimates and consistent reporting to the Bid/Estimation Manager. This role involves attending estimation resource meetings, adhering to bid process guidelines, and managing post-tender clarifications and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing CSA estimation teams
  • Ensuring accountability on estimates
  • Consistent reporting to the Bid/Estimation Manager
  • Attending estimation resource meetings
  • Adhering to bid process guidelines

This role also involves meeting with construction commercial teams to ensure lessons learnt are shared and estimates updated to reflect these learnings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5-10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating roles, and data centre CSA commercial experience is desirable.
