Job Description:
As a Privacy Analyst - French Speaker, you will be responsible for enforcing the policies for our clients' products by analyzing requests under European Law Legislations from lawyers and private individuals.
You will review and process privacy requests through online tools, evaluate the validity of each request in line with our clients' policies, and work closely with our clients' policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries.
One of your key responsibilities will be to maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review, achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow, and collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requests under European Law Legislations from lawyers and private individuals.
- Review and process privacy requests through online tools.
- Evaluate the validity of each request in line with our clients' policies.
- Work closely with our clients' policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review.
- Achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow.
- Collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is essential.
- Motivated by working in an environment that requires strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates ability to exercise impeccable judgment.
- Comfortable with reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material such as graphic, violent, or sexual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex requests.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs.
- Good computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- A.B.S.degree/masters or equivalent professional experience in online operations, privacy or legal support role desirable.
