Job Title: Senior CSA Project Lead

As a seasoned construction professional, you will oversee the management of complex Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on large-scale projects in Dublin. Your leadership skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead coordination and management of CSA work packages including civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
  2. Manage and support a multidisciplinary CSA team including supervisors, engineers, and package managers to ensure successful delivery.
  3. Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance in partnership with Project Manager and safety teams.
  4. Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation activities relating to CSA works.
  5. Develop project delivery strategies and assist commercial teams with scope definition and subcontractor procurement.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and resolving design issues ensuring compliance with local and international standards, protecting commercial interests.

Additional responsibilities include managing site operations, contractor management, and resource allocation to maintain schedule and quality.

Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and maintain documentation and reporting.

Participate in site meetings, project reviews, design coordination, and handover processes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience managing CSA construction site works on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record delivering complex CSA work packages with a strong technical understanding.
  • Skilled in scheduling, programming, and look-ahead forecasting (4 and 12 week).
  • Experienced managing internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple project facets.
