The role of an Electrical Maintenance Technician is pivotal in ensuring optimal plant efficiency and operational safety.
- Key responsibilities include contributing to the maintenance function, achieving maximum plant availability, efficiency, and safe systems of work.
- Achieve maintenance plans and targets for the team by prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Diagnose faults, conduct plant inspections, and perform operational duties as required, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of the Plant Business Management System, including the Plant Safety Release programme.
- Mandatory 5 years of experience in a similar electrical maintenance position.
- Hold a Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Possess appropriate technical qualifications, recognized apprenticeships, HND, HC, and/or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills with initiative and creativity.
