Lawyer for Career Advancement

Job Opportunity:
This role presents a unique chance for a skilled Corporate and Commercial lawyer to progress their career with an international law firm.
The ideal candidate will have some post-qualification corporate and commercial experience, as well as at least 6 months' litigation experience. The successful candidate will be offered attractive benefits, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence, agreements, and research reports
- Upskill in new areas of Commercial Law
- Manage transaction and general contract negotiation from start to finish with appropriate supervision
Requirements:

- Able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for work requirements and client needs
- Able to manage and prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Able to effectively manage internal and external client relationships
