About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team based out of Dublin. This role will report directly into the Group Revenue Manager.
DescriptionThe successful candidate will oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels, managing day-to-day yield operations. They will perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends for each hotel, providing weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
Responsibilities & Duties- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to optimize hotel yields.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
- Collaborate with hotel sales and reservations departments to drive revenue growth.
- Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.
- Identify opportunities to reduce distribution costs and improve revenue margins.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the reservations team.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with hotel teams and 3rd parties.
- Able to prioritize between revenue-generating actions and time-consuming tasks.
- Well-developed supervisory management skills to lead and motivate the reservations team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
