We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at PharmacyStore Ireland. As a key member of the dispensary team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Professional Practice: Maintain knowledge of pharmacy practices, procedures, laws, and ethics of dispensing. Understand PSI controls and regulations and operate within requirements.
- Supply Of Medicines: Receive, record, and assemble prescriptions, issue receipts, and collaborate with pharmacists to manage complexities or changes.
- Customer Service: Provide over-the-counter medicines, recommend suitable products, and escalate issues to duty managers when necessary.
- Pharmacy Technician Qualification (preferred)
- Pharmacy experience (3+ years required)
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
