We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Skills and Simulation Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering clinical skills training and simulation activities within high- and low-fidelity learning environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of educational innovations in healthcare education. You will work closely with academic staff to design and deliver teaching programs that meet the needs of students and support their learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver clinical skills training and simulation activities within high- and low-fidelity learning environments
  • Collaborate with academic staff to design and deliver teaching programs that meet the needs of students
  • Maintain currency in registration from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Actively stay up-to-date with discipline knowledge and professional development
Requirements:
  • Qualification in a relevant health discipline
  • Experience in practical teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate level
  • High level of experience in the development and delivery of skills teaching and simulated learning in healthcare settings
