At Le Meas Executive Search, we are delighted to partner with a leading Financial Services firm to hire a skilled Financial Accountant for their Dublin operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join our client's team and contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts, Solvency II regulatory returns for the Central Bank of Ireland, and annual statutory financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of Financial Statements: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements.
- Solvency II Regulatory Returns: Experience with Solvency II regulatory returns for the Central Bank of Ireland is highly desirable.
- Assist with Audit and Budgeting: The candidate will assist with the annual external audit and audit queries, as well as participate in the annual budgeting process.
Requirements:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with strong IT skills and proficient across the MS Office suite, particularly in Excel.
- Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
