The Manager, Financial Analysis is a vital role within the Chief Financial Office (CFO), Chief Operating Office (COO) and Strategic Change, Data & Digital (SCDD) team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely IT capital reporting for actuals, forecast, and plan across the enterprise.
  • Enhance and mature existing IT Capital PowerBI dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the team responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity between the portfolio and project management tools, Alteryx and PowerBI.
Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure that technology standards are upheld, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mature the existing business case process across the enterprise, including the reporting of expense benefits as part of Productivity reporting.
  • Ensure governance of the business case process, including appropriate sign-offs from senior executives.
Leadership and Development

  • Lead and develop a team of partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Act as a role model for others, driving positive change within the team and across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity about how technology is used to solve business challenges.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
