We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who share our passion for supporting young people in reaching their full potential.

The successful candidate will work directly with young people in residential care, providing guidance and support tailored to their unique needs.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in Social Care (level 7 minimum)
  • Previous experience working in a similar setting is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in the social care sector, with placement experience considered for candidates with less formal experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' mainstream residential experience required for more senior roles
  • A full clean driver's license is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards and compliance
  • An ability to work flexibly across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends
