The Position

We are seeking an experienced test development professional to join our team in Limerick, Ireland. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, willing to learn new technologies, and develop new products while providing strong technical leadership.

  • Develop innovative high-performance mass production ready hardware and software solutions for leading-edge product portfolios.
  • Design and execute test development phases including silicon functionality and debug, ATE characterization, solution optimization, and offshore production release.
  • Collaborate with assembly, reliability & FA, H/W technology teams, and drive continuous advancement of measurement methodologies through improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead test development projects from conception to delivery.
  • Design and implement test plans and procedures.
  • Maintain and improve existing test systems and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of test development experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong ATE program development skills (Teradyne and/or SPEA platforms).
  • In-depth knowledge of analogue and digital electronics.
  • Knowledge of mixed signal PCB design and associated CAD/Simulation tools.
