We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our Wealth Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements, particularly under MiFID regulations. They will contribute to the development and implementation of our compliance framework, including policies and procedures.
This position requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance risk and be able to provide guidance on compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry trends
- 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on wealth management or pensions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
