Sales and Marketing Opportunity
Westgrove Hotel is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and develop effective marketing strategies. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing, including managing key account relationships, developing and implementing online strategies, and working closely with the Rooms Revenue Department to improve sales revenue. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the success of PR, advertising, and promotional activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the success of PR, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement online strategies, advertising, marketing, and branding.
  • Maintain key account relationships in Leisure and Corporate Markets.
  • Liaise with the Rooms Revenue Manager to secure Group and FIT business.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a skilled professional with experience in sales and marketing. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing effective marketing strategies is essential. Key skills include marketing plan, sales strategy, marketing, event marketing, brand activation, and promoting events.
