Key Job Details

This exciting role involves managing daily operations across a range of supported accommodation homes. The successful applicant will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities or psychosocial needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, client assessments, and care planning.
  • Lead and develop a team of Support Workers, manage rosters, and contribute to organisational projects that enhance client wellbeing.
  • Develop tailored plans for clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of the Disability sector, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Proven experience in case management or support coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and terms of business.
  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential requirements.
