Pension Law Specialist Opportunity
The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Law Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique chance to work on a diverse range of pension and incentive matters across various sectors, within a collaborative environment.
- Draft and update pension scheme documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare legal documents and negotiate complex transactions, including contentious matters, to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on day-to-day pension scheme queries and member complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
- Support sponsoring employers, trustees, and committees on legislative compliance and scheme rules, promoting best practices.
- Advise on the creation and amendment of employee incentive plans, aligning with business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A qualified solicitor or barrister qualification from Ireland or England/Wales, with a strong foundation in pension law.
- Post-qualification experience in pensions from a reputable law firm, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, enabling effective management of complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Sound judgment with a keen interest in maintaining and sharing legal knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
