Senior Residential Construction Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction professional to lead our residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality residential developments on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess work activities and plan resources to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage and coordinate site staff and sub-contractors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver quality results
  • Liaise with design teams, Site Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Complete daily site diaries and relevant documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain company compliance and administration procedures, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
Requirements
  • Degree/HETAC qualification or relevant trade experience in construction management
  • Background in residential developments essential, with knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
